About Us
MineSome people collect stamps, Mine collects contracts.Working as a freelance assassin, Mine has a talent for finding trouble almost as often it finds her. She has spent years carving out a reputation from Kugane to Thanalan. Being equal parts hunter, gather, fortune teller and professional bad decision maker, she has survived gang wars and countless near death experiences.Despite the blood on her hands and fire in her veins, Mine has an undeniable weakness... Gossip. Pour her a decent drink, give her a ridiculous story and she will happily spend the evening debating whether you truly were the villain.
MillieWhere Mine finds chaos, Millie finds the tale buried within it.Having spent most of her career as an assassin then turned ruthless negotiator, Millie has seen her fair share of drama play out. She has spent the last several years rebuilding the organization that gave her a path forward, carving out her own place within the leadership of it.With a penchant for poisons and picking people apart, any cup of tea she offers should be subjected to scrutiny. The kind smile that comes with it is almost always meant to disarm you.
How Eorzean Tea BeganIt started as many questionable ideas do, over a cup of tea.In between conversations filled with rumours, outrageous adventures, questionable life choices and the occasional unbelievable tale, Mine and Millie realized they couldn't possibly be the only ones collecting stories like these. So they put on the kettle and now they invite adventurers from across Eorzea to anonymously share their funniest, wildest, most dramatic and occasionally heartfelt roleplay antics. Every episode is another chance to settle in, pour a cup, and discover what is brewing that week.OOCWe're simply two friends who discovered that our regular early morning chats had become the highlight of our day. One Canadian and one Brit, connected by Final Fantasy XIV, roleplay and an unhealthy appreciation for a good cup of tea.Eventually one of us asked, "what if we recorded these chats?"
